Beyond being an educational institution for art students, the Vietnam Contemporary Visual Arts Academy (VCVAA) is also a member of the visual art community that helps build connections among people. As we prepare for a new academic year, VCVAA is excited to launch the Visual Arts Exploration Day – a day dedicated to exploring visual arts that promises to take you on a creative journey filled with curiosity under the theme “THERE IS NO BOX!”
The VISUAL ARTS EXPLORATION DAY will feature various engaging activities:
1. VISUAL ARTS EXHIBITION
The exhibition space will showcase the artistic works, final projects of the students at VCVAA. The selected artworks will be displayed in a creative style, emphasizing the theme “There is no box,” aiming to explore everyone’s imagination and creativity. “No box” symbolizes the absence of limitations, aligning with VCVAA’s educational philosophy: no copying, no templates, and you, yourself, will decide your identity, not anyone else.
An engaging and creative activity tailored for families to enjoy a fun weekend experience and strengthen their bonds. The unique aspect of the Creative Collage workshop within the framework of “There is no box” is that it provides an opportunity for not only children but also parents to participate alongside their kids in creating their own artistic pieces through collage.
Continuing the journey of TOGETHER workshops exclusively designed for the visual art community, we step into the next session of Together #5, dedicated to the practicing and art education-interested community. This session’s theme is EMBRACING – Emotions in the Teaching Journey. Together #5 will bring together various guests from the community, promising to offer diverse perspectives within the realm of art practice.
