EXPLORING A PRACTICAL WEAVING CLASS

The hands-on weaving session with various fabric and fiber materials in the FOUNDATION class has provided students with a uniquely creative experience. Through exploring the intertwining of silk and diverse fibers, participants have crafted distinct artworks. The class not only delves into the techniques of frame weaving but also emphasizes the creation of seamless connections between elements within the frame.
Students demonstrated finesse in intertwining the threads, devising delicate and subtle links that seamlessly conceal the connections within the frame. The flexible use of different fabric materials and fibers not only enhances the tactile sensation but also amplifies the artistic perception through the sense of touch. The session goes beyond mere weaving; it is a journey of artistic exploration and sensory engagement.
