Those moments of happiness seem grand, but after listening to each person’s perspective, we realize that happiness doesn’t have to be something monumental. Happiness can be as simple as reading a story on a rainy day, dedicating oneself to work, or sitting and admiring beautiful flowers… These may seem trivial, but for each person, they hold priceless happiness. These perspectives were shared during a deeply meaningful meeting among the members of the Contemporary Visual Arts Academy of Vietnam (VCVAA) under the enthusiastic guidance of Teacher Nam.

With the desire to connect people and convey profound ideas about happiness, the training session introduced various activities to help participants make new friends, open up and share things they hadn’t dared to speak about, and freely express their own viewpoints. In particular, the initially profound meeting gradually filled with more laughter as the participants engaged in group activities to create their own islands of happiness. The academy felt very excited to hear many new and interesting ideas from the passionate young individuals who are dedicated to the arts, and to receive numerous spontaneous and creative works from them during the activities.
