“BLOOMING” is a periodic art exhibition organized by the SIA Visual Arts Faculty to honor the students’ journey of learning and creative thinking development. Returning this season, “BLOOMING” tells the story of “Difference and Balance”: a place where each student is a unique seed, growing and shining in their own rhythm – unconventional yet miraculously harmonious when standing side by side – creating a multifaceted world of art.

Gathering artworks from students of the Experience, Exploration, Foundation, and Advanced programs, the exhibition guides viewers through a three-stage journey: Discovering Difference – Interact – Finding Balance. Through four exhibition spaces: The Shape of Shadow – Living Light – Together – Dialogues, viewers will perceive that: Light only shines brilliantly when placed next to darkness, and the world is truly balanced and enriched thanks to its distinct, different pieces.
