Where does the magic begin? Nothing fancy: just a blank sheet of paper, a crayon, and a bumpy surface nearby. That\u2019s all it took for VCVAA students to magically create a world of unique textures and patterns.<\/p>\n
In their lesson on Texture & Rubbing, students from the Exploration class dove into a simple yet fascinating art technique – rubbing. By placing paper over a surface and gently rubbing it with a crayon, they could \u201ccopy\u201d the natural and lively textures of familiar everyday objects – vivid, unexpected, and full of character.<\/p>\n
